We will review your custom order form and call you within 1 business day to confirm your order. If we do not contact you within 1 business day you can call us at (866) 912-3211 or email us (sales@kbrsinc.com) to inquire about your custom order.

Select the link below If you would like to order any additional shower accessories to go along with your order such as (but not limited to) shower waterproofing, shower shelves, shower seats, and/or backer board. You may order accessories with your custom product over the phone when we call you, or directly from our shower shop.

Custom orders must be processed with a KBRS customer service representative. Please do NOT submit payment information via email. Our Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM EST.

Custom orders can take up to 1 - 2 weeks to manufacture depending on the product ordered. If you have any other questions please contact us.

Ordering multiple items may ship in separate packages and delivery times may vary. It is recommended that you wait to schedule your installation (if you are using a 3rd party installer), until you have recieved your shower installation products.
